We has been working in the area of transmission protocols since its founding. We have implemented various protocols on different platforms and put them in operation. Among these protocols is the entire IEC 60870-5 family, IEC 61850, DNP3 and MODBUS. We already developed this software in Advantech Controllers.

Power RTU capable of performing the following functions:

• Designed around an open ended distributed processing configuration consisting of main processor, peripheral I/O modules, termination panels, power supplies & communication equipment/interface.
• Collecting, processing and transmitting status changes, accumulated values and analog values.
• Time resolution for time tagged events and function to Time Synchronization.
• Receiving and processing digital and analog commands from the master station(s).
• Accepting polling messages from the master station(s).
• Support Multi-tasking, to enable RTU to concurrently scan input status, whilst executing application program or reporting functions.
• Function of switching of channels if dual data communication channel is available.
• Abundant communication protocol library available, which includes IEC870-5- 101,104,103, DNP3 etc. It also contains protocols of different kinds of relays and intelligent energy meters. These protocols can be modified according to user’s needs.
• Alarm functions (SMS, Email) for fault isolation and also for maintenance personnel.
