RMA Request

In past 5 years, we worked Advantech channel partner and Advantech Online business center at India.  In 2015 Advantech Co. awarded Level 2 RMA Certification to iTG by providing training on IPC, PPC, ARK, UNO, FPM, TPC & IPPC. iTG have two of their engineers Certified by Advantech to provide Level 2 RMA service to Indian customers. However, we also have board level repairing skills in addition to the level 2 module replacement.

In our current setup (without any expansion required), we have capacity in assembling about 15 to 20 IPC systems daily including burning and test.

ITG possess well equipped lab with equipments like BIOS writing tool (Flash Pro-400), soldering Iron, Multimeter, HeatGun & BGA Machine (S808) to provide best RMA service in industry

• Choose imported high - precision materials (temperature sensor, PLC, heater) to control the BGA desoldering & soldering procedures precisely.
• There are three independent heating areas from top to bottom. The first and second temperature area can control many groups & sections of temperature parameters at the same time. The third area preheats the PCB thoroughly to achieve the best welding effect.
• Choose imported high - precision thermocouple to detect the top/bottom temperature precisely, with a function of over - temperature protection
